Little fingers.

Today has got to be the only day in my entire life that i've seen countless of polished little fingers.
Hahha. Okay okay, lemme 'splain.

I was helping with the one of the booths at the carnival held by my sister's school earlier today. What we did was nail polish, body art painting, hari and body tattoos and coloured hair spray for the kids. And seriously, never before have i seen countless sets of ten colourfully coated fingernails. Hahha. I helped painted the fingernails of the few adorable girls, and boy were they thrilled when it was done and dried!

The girls in my sis's class are really adorable. And what makes them more adorable is the cutest yet amusing things they said.

One of the adorable girls : Are you Miss Linda's sister?

Me : Yessss.

Girl : Are you the younger one or the the elder one?

Me : You guess.

Girl : Younger.

Me : Smart girl.

It's soo cute lah. They still ask me when they already know the answer. Then there's this adorable boy in the class.

Boy : Is she your sister?

My sis : Yes.

Boy : (waving to me with a cheeky smile) Oh okay. Hi!

And the one that really cracks me up. The two girls.

Girl 1 : Are you her sister?
Me : Yeah.
Girl 2 : (telling Girl 1) See! I told you so. They look alike!

Haha. Goodness lah. All the while they asked me whether that's my sister or not since we looked alike. Can't say much cause we do look ABIT alike and i've heard of that a million times already.

Hey, we're sisters what. Of course lah! Hahha.

You see, i have one more paper to go before i pass out from the state of delirium. HAHA.

The past few weeks have been torturous due to the incessant studying. What pains the most is that the effort spent on memorising the-few-supposedly-very-important terms or definition, is of no significant use when doing the test questions. I know the answer is at the back of my head, but it was just being plain stubborn and refuses to come out. It's either a case of insufficient brain cells or that i just wasn't on the right frame of mind.

Ahhh. Gotta make it short. Have to start on Geography. Can't possibly screw all eh. =/

One of the Zazas aka Smartasses, came over to my place earlier today since she needs to borrow my malay dictionary for her upcoming malay test. So yeah, the picture above explains it all eh?

Okay, i lied. Hee.

And so, since the both of us got tired of surfing the net, we called the other Zaza to come online for a video conference. And boy, was it successful! Hahha. The last time we tried was only webcam. So this time, we wanna try the video call. Good thing my lappie has its in-built microphone. All the both of us have to do is talk as per normal. But sadly, the other Zaza had no microphone! She could only hear us and type out whatever she has to say cause both of us sucks at lip-reading most of the time. Hahha.

Next time no need to move your lips lah. Just show your facial expression and we knew what you're trying to say already. We saw alot of that HUH face even without you typing it out. HAHA! =))

So yeah, i guess all of us had a fun time from trying to figure out what the heck one of the Zazas is saying, to playing games 2 brains vs 1 brain. Hahha. We should do this more often la dey. Save my handphone bill. Hahha.


Alrighty, burnout time. Enough chillax for the day and back to the notes. And yea before i forget, good luck to those having their Summer test or Mid years or whatever.

Typical.

I had another study session with Thinesh again today. And i must say, when we're heading home, we encountered such disgusting behaviour of a local here.

Thinesh wanted to top up his card, and as he was about to use the machine at the Jurong East MRT station, an old lady in her fifties just rushed past us and use the same damn machine since the other machines were unavailable. Seriously, it was just plain rude. That lady should have at least have the courtesy to ask us if she could use the machine first instead since she was in a hurry or something. If she did, we obviously would allow her so. But, heck no. She just quickly inserted her card in the slot with that supercilious look she wore on her face. And even when i blurted out how inconsiderate and rude her actions were, she just feign ignorance.

A typical Singaporean behaviour. And what shames the most is that these people still exists in our society. I can't say i'm truly shock cause the fact is, it has always been like that.

Happy Birthday to my darling Brother and Mummy dearest!
Currently, they are now at Beijing, enjoying whatever Beijing has to offer while i'm stuck in Singapore. Sad case for me lah.

But nevermind. Vacation trip, a birthday treat from Daddy dearest. I hope they have a fab time in Beijing. And yes, they better make sure to get me something eh. Hahha.

Oh and yes. I just heard news that Lukas Rossi married some ex-porn star. That's soo typical rockstar-ish. And that's damn sad lah. =(

Aja aja Fighting

I realised today that i have two smartass friends in the whole wide world. Don't worry, it's a compliment you know. So video conference again? We can practise our acting skills. HAHA. =x

Earlier on, i was channel surfing when i suddenly stop and said,"Whoa, that's damn fake". Showing on the tv screen were two skimpily-clad women wrestling each other in the ring. And damn, their boobs looked really fake lah. Similar to Pamela Anderson's, no kidding. I thought it was only two of them. But i was proven wrong when a third woman barged into the ring, and yes, with similar fake-looking boobs. I have no idea whether it's really fake or not lah but it really did look fake.

You must be wondering why the heck do i even bother. Cause last time, i used to watch wrestling. It's a shock, i know. Blame it on my naiveté, and partly the influence of my dear brother. Haha. Anyway my point is, last time the women wrestlers were nothing like the present ones. Looks-wise, that is. But the slut factor is still there. Haha. I guess last time silicon wasn't so in eh? Haha. To be fair, it's not just these women wrestlers. There are other women out there as well if you happen to realise.

Not only the boobs, but also face, butts and whatnots. Looks like more and more women are willing to go under the knife just because of ones vanity. I can understand the use of beauty products, but not to the extend of having unnecessary operations to correct yourself. I think, think that's abit wrong. Forget men, even i myself couldn't understand why. I think most of them forget that it's only a facade. Agree?

But then again, why do i even bother with such matters? Must be that Korean movie, 200 pounds beauty. It somewhat leaves an impressions eh? Haha.

Okay okay. Back to real matters. And so, i'm left with less than two weeks before Summer Test commence. I'll be a liar if i say i'm not worried. I have a hell lot to cover in a short period of time. But nevermind, i must persevere!

Contacts vs Specs

To be frank, i think contact lenses is such a chore. Especially when you use it for school. Every morning soak, rub, wash. Leceh lah. I was dependent on my monthly contact lenses since i lost my specs in school a few weeks ago. And mind you, i do admit i'm quite a bum. So yeah, it explains it all doesn't it?

Because for the fact i happen to inhibit this unseemly personality trait, i went to get a new pair of specs the day before. And yessa, i'm wearing it now. Hahha. Forget it man. Specs for everyday use, whereas contact lenses will be used mainly for going out purposes or use during those days whereby i happen to not be lazy. Hahha.

And yessa, Full House completed. Not bad, similar to Princess Hours but only shorter and definitely not draggy. And yes, it's such a bummer that Rain didn't look soo hot in that drama. I think it has got to do with the hair. Hahha. Overall nice lah, but i think My Girl is way better lah. Lee Dong Wook, smoking hot man! Hahha. =)

Okay i better end here. In few hours time, will go to Changi Airport to send sister off to Beijing for a week. Then later on, the rest of my familia going to Beijing also to see the Great Wall of China once sis is back. So yes, guess what? I'm the only one whos not going. Sad case right? Ah, but nevermind then. Once i'm done with A's daddy better bring me somewhere far. Hee. =))
